WHAT IS PINE CREEK SPORTING CLUB?

Pine Creek Sporting Club is an exclusive, members-only, champions clays and wing shooting club located in Okeechobee, Florida. Phase I will consist of twenty-three pristine, 40+ acre ranch sites on approximately 1,350 acres with over 350 acres of quail fields and natural woodlands.


WHAT AMENITIES ARE PLANNED FOR THE CLUB?

The planned Club amenities available to members, their families and guests will include the following situated on 350 acres of common area:

IS MY MEMBERSHIP IN PINE CREEK INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE OF MY LOT?

Each lot purchase includes one membership. A membership consists of a husband and wife. Immediate family members will have full club privileges subject to certain restrictions. An unmarried member may designate a “significant other” once annually. There are a limited number of memberships available for persons wishing to own a lot and or residence as a tenants in common. This will enable up to two individuals to share a lot and residence.


WHAT TYPE OF SHOOTING EXPERIENCE CAN I EXPECT?

There will be three, 100+/- acre world class quail fields. Shooting sports will include guided quail, chukar and pheasant hunts. Range facilities will include a 5-stand and sporting clay course designed by Mick Howell as well as tower shoots. White tail deer, turkey and wild hogs may be hunted on the member’s own private land.


WHAT TYPE OF FIREARMS WILL BE PERMITTED?

Shotguns up to 12 gauge (Bird Shot and Buck Shot only). Bow hunting is encouraged. Rifle and pistol target shooting will only be permissible on the supervised target range.


WHO WILL OWN AND OPERATE THE CLUB?

During the development phase the club will be owned by the developer. Upon completion of the club facilities, ownership and control will be transferred to the HOA. A Board of Directors will govern and administer all affairs and property of the Club.


WHO ARE THE FOUNDING MEMBERS?

Founding members are Stephen E. Myers, Jack W. Nicklaus, Nick Price, Tucker Frederickson, and Tullio Fabbri. Founding members will have limited club privileges and have been asked to serve on an advisory committee to the club. They are all avid sportsmen who the developers feel will add prestige to the club and its membership.


WHO IS ON THE MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE?

The Membership Committee includes Stephen E. Myers, Tucker Frederickson, Jay P. Dewing Jr, Bobby H. Tucker, George Hamner, and Matt Gaston.


WHO IS THE DEVELOPER OF THE PINE CREEK SPORTING CLUB?

Pine Creek Sporting Club LLC, whose principal owners are Stephen E. Myers and Stephen Myers Jr., is the sole developer of Pine Creek Sporting Club. Myers Sr., a pioneer in the cable television industry, is an avid hunter and fly fisherman. He is the owner of the world famous Silver Hilton Steelhead Lodge located in Northern British Columbia. He is a substantial landowner in Florida and wanted to create an exclusive sporting club for the privileged and discerning outdoorsmen that share the same passion for the outdoors.


WHAT TYPE OF PRIVILEGES WILL MEMBERS HAVE AT SILVER HILTON STEELHEAD LODGE?

As an exclusive courtesy to Pine Creek Sporting Club members, Stephen E.Myers owner Silver Hilton will be providing special guest privileges at the Silver Hilton Lodge, located in North America’s finest wild steelhead fishery. Up to 8 Pine Creek members may be accommodated during the prime season. This is an extraordinary opportunity, available exclusively for Pine Creek Club members. Reservations to fish Silver Hilton during the peak season are virtually unattainable.


WHEN WILL THE CLUB BE READY FOR SHOOTING?

The 5 Stand, sporting clay and trap are completed and ready. The Club facilities are slated for completion in late 2008. The member’s lodge is scheduled for completion in the 2008 / 2009 season.


WHERE IS THE CLUB LOCATED?

The Club is located on SR 68 and US 441, 20 miles west of the Orange Avenue (SR 68) I-95 exit in Fort Pierce. It is approximately 15 minutes to Okeechobee, 30 minutes to Fort Pierce, less than an hour to Vero Beach, and a 1 1/2 hour drive from either Palm Beach or Orlando. For those arriving by air Okeechobee airport is a short 15 minute drive. Additionally, a helicopter pad will be located on-site.


TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

A 5-6 passenger Bell 407 Helicopter is available for the exclusive charter use of Pine Creek Members. This service will be available for 24 months and re-evaluated based on utilization. The current rate for this helicopter is approximately $1,400 per hour (rates subject to change.) Flight time from West Palm Beach to Pine Creek is approx. 30 minutes. In addition, other aircraft charters are available through our concierge. Pickup and drop off services between Okeechobee Airport and Pine Creek are available.
